eue is a community for Shopify merchants, operated by Extensions Market. This page explains what data we collect and why. Plain language, no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Account data — if you sign up, we store your email, a display name, a handle, and (for email/password accounts) a hashed password. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
• Content you post — threads, comments, votes, and any store URLs you submit for audit.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. This uses cookies. We do not sell your data.

Store audits

When you submit a store URL, eue fetches the public page and stores the audit results so they can be attached to the thread and cached. We only read publicly available pages; we never log into any store.

Email

We send transactional email (sign-up confirmation, replies, audit-ready notifications) via our email provider. You can turn off notification emails in your settings, and every notification email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Your choices

• You can edit your profile and notification preferences in settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and content by emailing contact@eue.app.
